Kaizen Health and Social Care Consultancy provides specialist consultancy, training, and improvement support across children’s and adult social care. We work with supported accommodation providers, Early Years settings, domiciliary care services, and care homes to strengthen leadership, safeguarding, quality assurance, and inspection readiness. Our work focuses on assessment, improvement planning, training, and sustainable service development, supporting providers to meet regulatory expectations and deliver safe, effective, person-centred care.

Kaizen is comprised of Health and Social Care practitioners who have worked in a range of health and social care settings such as- children's homes; supported living; specialist and mainstream schools; hospital settings and Early Years. We have experience working directly with Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Kaizen was born out of the will to help individuals set up their own health and social care organisations and help existing providers on their improvement journey.
The name "Kaizen" is a Japanese business philosophy that denotes continuous improvement and the will to work towards 'better'
